On Wednesday March 23rd, 2005 around 5:00pm, lightning struck our church steeple. The lightning also ran down the wires going from the speakers in the steeple to the sound equipment in the church sound room. Some of the equipment was damaged but God spared the building and no fire occurred. It is truly a miracle that only the steeple and some of the sound equipment was damaged. Below are some photos of the damage and also of the beautiful rainbow God sent after the storm.
